1 General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bd1k platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("User", "you"). These terms take effect upon accessing or using the platform.

Definitions

• "Platform" refers to bd1k's website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "Account" refers to the user's registered personal gaming account.
• "Funds" refers to real money deposited and held in the account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to money granted under a promotion, which must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bd1k is ৳200 (two hundred taka), applicable for each payment method. We support the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — funds must be deposited only from an account in your own name.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 (one) hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used at the time of deposit.

Payment Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, bd1k may request completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

bd1k offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means to withdraw bonus funds, you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the bonus. For example — if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳10,000 in wagers.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per user.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they will convert to real funds only after wagering requirements have been met.
• bd1k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Each promotion may have a specific validity period, which will be stated in the offer.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting services available on bd1k are governed by the following general rules:

Betting Limits

Technical Errors

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

bd1k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or deceptive activity.
• Suspicion of involvement in money laundering.
• If information provided at registration is proven to be false.
• By order of a court or government authority.

Closure at User's Request

You may also contact our support team at any time to request closure of your account. In this case, any real funds remaining in the account will be returned, however bonus funds already used are non-refundable.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bd1k will not be liable for:

• Loss caused by internet connection issues or technical failures of third parties.
• Account compromise resulting from the user's own actions (sharing passwords, negligence).
• Expected profits not being realized based on outcomes.
